I can still recall the day Christy and I skied our first 14er together, back in 2000. It was just a spur-of-the-moment outing, we were looking for something to do. Unbeknownst to us at the time, that day was the start of something much bigger.
As winter approaches and the snow starts to fall, what better time to share a short film by Stio about Christy and the ongoing project to ski the tallest mountains in the state. It’s pretty impressive that they were able to take such a broad topic– one that spans so many years and so many mountains– and distill it into a seven minute film. But they did, and we love how it turned out.
Take a moment to watch High Points – the Bicentennial Project.
