U.S. Grant Peak
We finally made a trip to ski U.S. Grant Peak down in the San Juans up in Ice Lakes Basin.
Mount Blaurock
Deep in a valley south of Twin Lakes, CO lies Mount Blaurock, 13,616 ft. It’s an impressive summit, especially for skiing, with a wide northeast face that offers more than a half a dozen potential steep ski lines.
Drift Peak
A 2019 ski descent of the Northwest Face of Drift Peak, an unranked 13er in the Tenmile Range near Breckenridge.
Willow Peak
A ski descent of the Northeast Couloir on Willow Peak, 13,336 ft.
Mount Arkansas
The Moonshine Couloir on Mount Arkansas might be the most committing line off a high 13er in the Tenmile/Mosquito Range
Snowmass Mountain – the Big Bowl
The big East Face of Snowmass Mountain is one of the best 14er ski descents in the Elk Mountains.
Mount Tweto
Easy access from Highway 91 by Fremont Pass, a gentle approach up the valley, and an interesting couloir that keeps you on your feet all make Mount Tweto a worthy spring ski descent.
Niagara Peak
Niagara Peak, #101 on the list of Colorado summits, has a really good north facing ski route.
Cirque Mountain
An early May ski descent of Cirque Mountain, 13,686 ft. in the Sneffels Range of the San Juans.

A five day ski traverse (loop) through the Berner Oberland region of the Swiss Alps with huts, summits, good weather and bad.
