Our annual Christmas Eve Hut Trip, now in its 9th year, was to Tagert Hut. Five of us made the trip up to celebrate the holiday and do a little skiing on Christmas morning.

A few years back our good friend Rickey Gates organized a guided, multi-day trail running adventure through the 10th Mountain Hut System. He called it the Hut Run Hut. The idea was to lead a group of adventurous trail runners along a roughly 100 mile route between Aspen and Vail. The trip was spread out over 6 days, and visited five different huts along the way.

I recently joined two friends on a last minute trip to the Lindley Hut and we had two incredible days touring on and around the nearby peaks and couloirs. I thought I would share an assortment of photos and let them speak for the adventure.
